Fiscal ’12 spending bill includes $187 million for Massachusetts hospitals

While the state's top hospital group expressed concern about underpayments and funding reductions in Gov. Deval Patrick's fiscal 2013 budget, Patrick is asking the Legislature to approve $187 million in a separate bill for payments to "safety net" hospitals.
